Vine have successfully challenged a land title by appealing against a search of the index map result.

After submitting a drawing, the initial results came back that this particular section of highway was owned by both our client and a resident, a result that we were not expecting, and a potential problem for our client. Of course, we’ve challenged this – successfully, using the correct drawings from the original conveyancing – and have now had the index map results updated to show our client as sole owner. This means we can move forward with getting the highway adopted, benefitting all residents. A great result, and just part of the services that we offer.
